Authorizing execution of a Three Year Travel Insurance Concession Agreement with Tele-Trip Company, Inc. at KCI Airport and approving the terms and conditions thereof.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Acting Director of Aviation is hereby

authorized to execute a Travel Insurance Concession Agreement with Tele-Trip Company, Inc., for operation of a travel insurance concession at Kansas City International Airport for a period of three years beginning November 1, 1990 and ending October 31, 1993. A copy of the contract is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and

obligations as set forth in said contract are hereby approved.
