ORDINANCE NO. 910844

Authorizing the second supplement to the Southwest Airlines Company Use and Lease agreement at KCI Airport adding Gates 28 and 29 in Terminal B to the leased premises therein.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a second supplement to the Southwest Airlines Company Use and Lease Agreement at KCI Airport adding Gates 28 and 29 to the demised premises in Terminal B. A copy of the supplement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in said supplement, expanding the leased premises to include Gates 28 and 29 in Terminal B and increasing the rental amount accordingly, are hereby approved.
