Entertainment Centers is designated as requisitioning authority for Account Nos.

Section 5. That the Director of
Convention and Entertainment Centers shall make all efforts to accomplish an
MBE minimum participation goal of twenty percent of the expenditures for
Citywide Community Marketing funded by this ordinance.
