ORDINANCE NO. 051173

 

Approving an amendment to a previously approved preliminary plan in District O on approximately a 12 acre tract of land generally located on the north side of Ward Parkway, approximately one-quarter mile west of Wornall Road. (6205-P-6)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a previously approved preliminary plan in District O (Office) on approximately a 12 acre tract of land generally located on the north side of Ward Parkway, approximately one-quarter mile west of Wornall Road, and more specifically described as follows:

 

All of Block 2, Block 3, Block 4 and Block 5, Ward Parkway Office Park, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer enter into a deferral agreement to construct sidewalks along each lot when sidewalks are constructed adjacent to the east or west prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.

 

2. That the developer submit an application for a final plan to the City Plan Commission for approval including a final site plan, grading, landscaping, lighting showing zero footcandles at the property lines and building elevations.

 

A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk with this ordinance and is made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
