Temporary Site Lease Agreement
between City of Kansas City, Missouri and UNIsite, Inc., for rental of space
located at 3215 East 85th Street.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the Director of City Development is hereby authorized to enter into a Lease
Agreement with UNIsite, Inc., for a portion of the property consisting of
approximately 2,500 (50 ft x 50 ft) square feet for a temporary Cellsite on
Wheels. This will be a month-to-month temporary lease for up to twelve (12)
months beginning on the Lease Commencement Date and continuing until the
completion of the permanent installation of the Equipment.
