ORDINANCE NO. 950535

Authorizing the execution of an amended agreement with Quality Heights II, L.P. which provides for relocation services in connection with the Quality Heights II Project.

WHEREAS, the City Council passed Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 941368 authorizing a Relocation Services Agreement with Quality Heights II, L.P. on October 20, 1994; and

WHEREAS, the general partner of Quality Heights II, L.P. has been changed from Neighborhood Alliance to Quality Heights II Redevelopment Corporation; and

WHEREAS, the City hereby reconfirms the obligations set forth in the initial Relocation Services Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of City Development, on behalf of the City, is hereby authorized to execute an amended agreement with Quality Heights II, L.P., which provides for relocation services in connection with the Quality Heights II Project for the purpose of extending the term of the agreement until April 30, 1996, acknowledging the change in General Partner from Neighborhood Alliance to Quality Heights II Redevelopment Corporation and reconfirming the obligations set forth in the initial Relocation Services Agreement.
