ORDINANCE NO. 900757

 

Approving an amendment to a previously approved preliminary plan in District C-2-p on a 10.5 acre tract of land located on both sides of Madison Avenue south of 103rd Street. (10179-P/2)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a previously approved preliminary plan in District C-2-p on a 10.5 acre tract of land located on both sides of Madison Avenue south of 103rd Street, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Lot 1, Superior Datsun-Buick First Plat; Lot 1, Superior Datsun-Buick Second Plat; Lots 1 and 2, Superior Datsun-Buick Third Plat; Lot 1 Superior Datsun-Buick Fourth Plat; Lot 1 Superior Hyundai, all subdivisions in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, according to the recorded plats thereof.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer contribute money for off-site transportation improvements in the I-435 Study Area at

the rate of $1.00 per square foot for additional floor

area; such contribution to be paid at time of building

permit.

 

2. That the developer dedicate necessary easements as required by the City Water Department.

 

A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 900757, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
