ORDINANCE NO. 160732

 

Approving a major amendment to a development plan on 2.28 acres generally located at 13831 Madison Avenue in District M1-5 to permit construction of a gasoline and fuel sales establishment. (9690-P-11)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a major amendment to a development plan that was approved in Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 071014 is hereby approved in zoning District M1-5 (Manufacturing 1 dash 5) for gasoline and fuel sales on Lot 5 of the State Line Station – Unit 3 development plan, with the area being amended more specifically described as follows:

 

State Line Station Unit 3, Lot 5.

 

Section B. That all conditions imposed on the development plan in Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 071014 continue to be applicable to the development plan being amended herein.

 

Section C. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
