Authorizing Pipeline Crossing Permits with the Soo Line, Burlington Northern and Norfolk 7 Southern Railroads providing for right of way for the construction of the Minneville Sewer Improvement Project.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of City, Pipeline Crossing Permits with Soo Line Railroad, Burlington Northern Railroad and Norfolk 7 Southern Railroad which provide necessary right of way to the City for construction of the Minneville Sewer Improvements. A copy of each permit is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.
