Reducing and increasing appropriations in the amount of $49,000.00 in the Capital Improvements Fund for Project No. 89003668 in the Fifth Council District.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following account in the Capital Improvements Fund is reduced in the following amount:

13-3090-808505-B-82000173 Water & Sewer CD5 $49,000.00

Section 2. That the following account in the Capital Improvements Fund is increased in the following amount:

13-3090-808508-B-89003668 Water & Sewer NC5 $49,000.00
