ORDINANCE NO. 060436

 

Rezoning an area of approximately 40 acres generally located at the southwest quadrant of N.W. 108th Street and N. Robinhood Lane from District GP-7 to District GP-6, and approving a development plan for the same. (13382-GP)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That Chapter 80, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 80-11A00673, rezoning an area of approximately 40 acres generally located at the southwest quadrant of N.W.108th Street and N. Robinhood Lane from District GP-7 (Agricultural and Low Density Residential Uses) to District GP-6 (Low Density Residential Uses), said section to read as follows:

 

Section 80-11A0673 That an area legally described as:

 

All that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 52, Range 33, Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, being described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29, thence South along the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29 to the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29, thence West along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29 to the Southwest corner of the East half, of the East half, of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29, thence North along the West line of the East half of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29 to the North line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29, thence East along the North line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 29, to the Point of Beginning.

 

is hereby rezoned from District GP-7 (Agricultural and Low Density Residential Uses) to District GP-6 (Low Density Residential Uses), all as shown outlined on a map marked Section 80-11A0673, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the zoning maps constituting a part of said chapter and as an amendment to Section 80-11 thereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices have been given and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been held.
