ORDINANCE NO. 110601
Authorizing the Capital Projects
Department to execute a Purchase and Sale Contract with the State of Missouri
acting by and through the State Highway Commission of Missouri for improvements
to NE Chouteau Trafficway.
WHEREAS, the
City of Kansas City, Missouri plans to construct improvements to N Chouteau
Trafficway for which it needs some State Highway Commission land; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the Capital Projects Department is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase and
Sales Contract with the State Highway Commission for N Chouteau Trafficway
Improvements.
Section 2. That
a copy of the Purchase and Sale Contract will be on file in the Capital
Projects Department.
