ORDINANCE NO. 090176
Releasing part of a permanent
waterline easement in Clay County and directing the City Clerk to record this
ordinance in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the
original permanent waterline easement was for a proposed connection to a water
main; and
WHEREAS, the
easement was accepted by Ordinance No. 62284 on April 1, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the
City is now releasing part of the permanent waterline easement as it has never
been used nor is there any foreseeable use expected; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
this easement in Kansas City, Clay County, executed by the following entity,
and which appear of record as the book and page number as follows:

Section 2. That
upon the effective date of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to
cause this Ordinance and Exhibit A to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, at Kansas City.
