ORDINANCE NO. 020685

Authorizing an agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to public improvement designated as Route 69 and Indiana intersection and directing the City Clerk to file certain documents with the appropriate offices.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute, on behalf of the City, an agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to the public improvement designated as Route 69 and Indiana intersection, Clay County, Job No. J4P1471, consisting of replacing existing span wire signals with mast arm signals at the Indiana intersection and interconnecting the signals from N.E. Chouteau Trafficway to N. Brighton Avenue, Council District No. 1. The agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of this ordinance, together with the agreement, with the Office of the Secretary of State of Missouri and with the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Clay County, Missouri, together with all other relevant documents.
