Estimating revenue in the amount of $1,000,000.00 in the Capital Improvements Fund; appropriating it to the Platte Co. THP Athletics/Aquatics Center account in the Capital Improvements Fund; designating requisitioning authority.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account in the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount:

05-3090-700000-481011 Platte Co.- Contribution to THP Athletic/

Aquatics Complex $1,000,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of 1,000,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following account in the Capital Improvements Fund:

05-3090-707222-B Platte Co.-THP Aquatic Center $1,000.000.00

Section 3. That the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. 05-3090-707222.
