ORDINANCE NO. 910573

Authorizing a contract with Larkin Associates for Engineering Services for the overlay of Cookingham Drive at KCI Airport and the expenditure of previously appropriated funds in the amount of $104,299.24.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a contract for Project No. 603 - Overlay Cookingham Drive at Kansas City International Airport with Larkin Associates. A copy of the contract is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to expend the following amounts heretofore appropriated to the Kansas City Airports Fund (819-90359-T) for work to be performed under the aforesaid contract.

$ 94,299.24 for engineering services $ 10,000.00 for contingent obligations

Section 3. That the terms, conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in said contract are hereby approved.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is made, each sufficient to meet he obligation hereby incurred.
