to the new Chapter 88, Section 88-445-10 of the Development Code in District C-4
on an approximately 1/3 acre tract of land generally located at 1201 Walnut

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That
a signage plan pursuant to the new Chapter 88, Section 88-445-10 of the
Development Code of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, in District C-4 (Central
Business District) on an approximately 1/3 acre tract of land generally located
at 1201 Walnut Street, and more specifically described as follows:
1201 Walnut Street: All that certain real
property situated in the City of Kansas City, County of Jackson, State of
Missouri, more particularly described below.
Lots 102, 103 and
104, Block 8, McGee's Addition, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County,
Missouri.
Lot 109, except the
North 10.00 feet thereof, Block 8, McGee's Addition, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
Lot 110, Block 8,
McGee's Addition, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
Lots 111 and 112,

Easement rights for
the benefit of Tract VI for columns and supports, subterranean supports,
pedestrian access, new walkways, parking easement, dock easement, switch gear
and electrical equipment easement, utility easement, attachment easements,
footing easements, and encroachment easements, as created under the "Deed
and Easement Agreement" executed by Block 93/111 L.P., a Delaware limited
partnership and TWP Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, recorded on
January 16, 1990 as Document No. K-910061 in Book K-1988 at Page 1107, said
easement rights being in, through, over and upon the following described
property:

according to the recorded plat thereof recorded on December 29, 1989 as

Easement rights for
the benefit of Tract VI created under the "Agreement for Construction and
Maintenance of Pedestrian Overpasses" executed by RMCOP Office Venture, a
Missouri general partnership and Chambers Building Partners, a Missouri general
partnership, recorded on August 6, 1987 as Document No. K-788364 in Book K1711
at Page 293, said easement rights being in, through, over and upon the
following described real property:
Lot 46, (except that
part thereof now in 12th Street), the North 11.75 feet of the East 77 feet of
Lot 47, and the North 20 feet of the West 38 1/2 feet of said Lot 47, all in
Block 4, McGee's Addition, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County,
Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof, said premises being described
by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the
intersection of the West line of Walnut Street with the South line of 12th
Street, as said streets are now established in said Kansas City, and running
thence West along the South line of 12th Street, 116.37 feet, more or less, to
the East line of an alley; thence South along said East line of alley 58.28
feet, more or less, to a point 20 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 47,
aforesaid; thence East parallel with the South line of 12th Street, 39.33 feet,
more or less, to a point 77 feet West of the West line of Walnut Street; thence
North parallel with the West line of Walnut Street 8.25 feet; thence East
parallel with the South line of 12th Street, 77 feet to a point in the West
line of Walnut Street which is 11.75 feet South of the Northeast corner of Lot
47, aforesaid; thence North along old West line of Walnut Street, 49.07 feet to
the place of beginning.
is hereby approved. A copy of
said signage plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk with this
ordinance and is made a part hereof.
