ORDINANCE NO. 160740

 

Approving a Council Approved Signage Plan to allow for a unified signage plan on approximately 2 acres generally located on the east side of McGee Street between E. 9th Street and E. 10th Street, with frontage on Oak Street, in Districts DC and DC-15. (12986-P-1)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a Council Approved Signage Plan is hereby approved pursuant to 88-445-11 on approximately a 2 acre tract of land generally located on the east side of McGee Street between E. 9th Street and E. 10th Street, with frontage on Oak Street, in Districts DC (Downtown Core) and DC-15 (Downtown Core-15), and more specifically shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit “A.” A copy of said signage plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk with this ordinance and is made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
