ORDINANCE NO. 990138
Approving an amendment to a previously approved
preliminary plan in District CP-2 (Local Planned Business Center) on
approximately a 7 acre tract of land generally located at 5406 N.E. Oakridge
Road. (5089-CP-9)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That an amendment to a
previously approved preliminary plan in District CP-2 (Local Planned Business
Center) on approximately a 7 acre tract of land generally located at 5406 N.E.
Oakridge Road, and more specifically described as follows:
TRACT 1: All that part
of Tract 3, Comptons Subdivision in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri,
described as follows: beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 3 which
is 163.4 feet south of the northwest corner of said Lot; thence south on west
line of Lot 3, a distance of 412.14 feet; thence southeasterly on a line
parallel to and 61.83 feet distant at right angles from the southerly line of
said Lot 3, a distance of 390.78 feet to the northwesterly line of a new state
highway; thence northeasterly (Azimuth 21149'40") 314.27 feet to an angle
point in said highway line; thence northeasterly (Azimuth 19747'31") a
distance of 78.45 feet along said highway; thence northwesterly in a straight
line along the southerly line of a tract heretofore sold to Sandstrom to point
of beginning.
TRACT 2: All of the
southwesterly 61.83 feet of Tract 3, Comptons Subdivision, lying west of the
west line of Missouri Interstate 35 Highway right of way; and all of Lot 21,
Plat of Tract No. 1, Comptons Subdivision, lying west of the west line of
Missouri Interstate Highway 35 right of way, Kansas City, Clay County,
Missouri.
is hereby approved, subject to the following
condition:
That the developer
submit a final plan to the City Plan Commission, including plans for
landscaping, screening and grading.
A copy of said amendment is on file in the
office of the City Clerk under Document No. 990138, which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
Section B. That the Council finds
and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment
hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance
have been given and had.
