ORDINANCE NO. 080503

 

Authorizing the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services and the Administrator of the Municipal Court to enter into contracts with Legal Aid of Western Missouri in the amount of $1,114,139.00 for provision of certain legal services.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services and the Administrator of the Municipal Court are hereby authorized to execute contracts with Legal Aid of Western Missouri for the provision of legal services from funds previously appropriated to the following accounts in the General Fund and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) account. The contracts are approved, in substantial form as that on file with the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services and the Administrator of the Municipal Court.
