ORDINANCE NO. 980364

To establish Sewer District 6083 at Madison Avenue and 98th Street, in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Sewer District 6083, in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, is hereby established, the boundary line of which is described as follows, to wit

Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 15, Fuqua Place; thence southerly along the east line of said Lot 15 to the southeast corner thereof; thence southerly across 98th Street to the northeast corner of Lot 14,Fuqua Place, thence southerly along the east line of said Lot 14 to the northeast corner of Lot 11, Heather Glen, thence westerly along the north line of Lot 11 and Lot 10, Heather Glen to the east line of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 48 North, Range 33 West; thence continuing westerly a distance of 185.03 feet to a point which lies 151.76 feet south of the south right of way line of 98th Street; thence northerly to a point on said south right of way line which lies 185.03 feet west of the east line of said quarter quarter section; thence continuing along the northerly prolongation of the last described line to its intersection with the centerline of 98th Street; thence easterly along said centerline to its intersection with the east line of said quarter quarter section; thence northerly along said east line of said quarter quarter section to the southwest corner of said Lot 15; thence northerly along the west line of said Lot 15 to the northwest corner thereof; thence easterly along the north line of said Lot 15 to the point of beginning.

Section 2. That the Sewer District herein proposed and this ordinance are recommended for approval and passage this __________ day of __________, 1998.
