ORDINANCE NO. 921415

Approving a $13,913.00 contract with Kansas City Spirit, Inc. for the Kansas City Spirit Festival from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (First, Second and Fifth Council Districts).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $13,913.00 contract with Kansas City Spirit, Inc. for the Kansas City Spirit Festival from funds previously appropriated to the following accounts in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund:

which contract is hereby approved in substantial form as that attached hereto.
