ORDINANCE NO. 100129

 

Reducing appropriations in the District Five Neighborhood Conservation contingency account of the Capital Improvements Fund in the amount of $504,000.00; appropriating $204,000.00 to Project No. 64010004, 66th Terrace and Broadmoor; and appropriating $300,000.00 to Project No. 70109904, Zoo Improvements.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the following account in the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby reduced by the following amount:

 

10-3090-898500-89009996 NC5 Contingency $504,000.00

 

Section 2. That the following accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund are hereby increased by the following amounts:

 

10-3090-648504-64010004 66th Terrace and Broadmoor $204,000.00

10-3090-708509-70109904 Zoo Improvements 300,000.00

TOTAL $504,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
