ORDINANCE NO. 950739

 

Authorizing an amendment to the contract between Kansas City and the Missouri Department of Health to increase funding in the amount of $2,172.00 for the City's Health Administration; increasing revenue in the sum of $2,172.00; and appropriating said sum to the Health Administration Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That an amendment to the current contract, previously approved by Ordinance No. 941207, between the City, acting through its Director of Health, and the Missouri Department of Health, acting through its Director of Administration, whereby the State will increase funding for the City's Health Administration, by $2,172.00 from $211,190.00 to $213,362.00, is hereby authorized. A copy of the amendment is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

 

Section 2. That the following revenue account of the General Fund is hereto increased in the following amount:

 

96-100-050-7276 State Reimb Local Health Services $2,172.00

 

Section 3. That the appropriation in the following account of the General Fund is hereby increased in the following amount:

 

96-100-050-1000-E Health Administration $2,172.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
