ORDINANCE NO. 200795

Authorizing the Director of Neighborhoods and Housing Services to enter into a Non-Municipal Agency contract with South Kansas City Alliance, Incorporated in the amount of $60,000.00 for general administration, property crime prevention, code enforcement, neighborhood engagement, and neighborhood clean-ups.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhoods and Housing Services is hereby authorized to execute Contract No. 2021-03 with South Kansas City Alliance, Incorporated in the amount of $60,000.00 for general administration, property crime prevention, code enforcement, neighborhood engagement, and neighborhood clean-ups from funds previously appropriated to the General Fund in Account No. 21-1000-572300-B. A copy of the contract is on file in the office of Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
