ORDINANCE NO. 060782
Authorizing execution of a Master
Development Agreement with Trammell Crow Kansas City Development, Inc., for the
development of various lands at Kansas City International Airport.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of
Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a five year Master Development
Agreement, with one five year renewal term, with Trammell Crow Kansas City Development,
Inc. to develop various land at Kansas City International Airport. A copy of
the contract, in substantial form, is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 2. That the project
described and outlined in said Agreement is hereby approved, subject to receipt
of all required approvals.
Section 3. That the Director of
Aviation further is authorized to execute such additional documents that are
necessary or desirable to carry out and comply with the Master Development
Agreement and the intent of this ordinance including, without limitation,
execution of any ground lease for the lands covered thereunder
