Approving and accepting an amendment to the current contract with Swope Park Health Center whereby it will continue to provide services to reduce the spread of HIV and provide drug treatment for an additional nine months to June 30, 1994.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That an amendment to the current contract, previously approved by Ordinance No. 930997 between the City, acting through its Director of Health, and the Swope Park Health Center, whereby it will continue to provide services to reduce the spread of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and provide IV drug treatment for an additional nine months to June 30, 1994 is hereby accepted and approved. A copy of the agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
