ORDINANCE NO. 900220

 

Authorizing the First Supplement in an amount not to exceed $32,660.00 to the Agreement for Engineering Services with Howard, Needles, Tammen and Bergendoff for an I-25 Corridor Line Use and Transportation Study.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute on behalf of Kansas City a First Supplement to an Agreement for Engineering Services I-29 Corridor Land Use and Transportation Study with Howard, Needles, Tammen and Bergendoff, a Missouri partnership, to revise the scope of work in Kansas City, Missouri Council District No. 1, Project No. 4002. The said Agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

 

Section 2. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to expend the sum of $32,660.00 from funds heretofore appropriated to Account No. 008-40201, B-910, as and for consideration in the aforesaid First Supplement to Agreement for Engineering Services I-29 Corridor Land Use and Transportation Study.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
