RESOLUTION NO. 120587, AS AMENDED

 

Approving the reappointment of James Didion and the appointment of Kayson Gregg to the Kansas City International Airport Community Improvement District Board of Directors to new terms beginning 2012 and ending 2016.

 

WHEREAS, the Kansas City International Airport Community Improvement District was established by the City Council of Kansas City, Missouri; and

 

WHEREAS, members of the Board of Directors are appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE,

 

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the City Council hereby consents to the appointment by the Mayor the following individual as a representative of business owners operating within the district to serve on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City International Airport Community Improvement District:

Kayson Gregg to appoint to a term expiring 2016.

Section 2. That the City Council hereby consents to the reappointment by the Mayor the following individual as a representative of business owners operating within the district to serve on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City International Airport Community Improvement District:

James Didion to reappoint to a term expiring 2016.
