Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute contracts in the total amount of $1,261,800.00 with the following agencies in the respective amounts for Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund projects and events from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 05-235-067-2100-B. These contracts are hereby approved, in substantial form, as that on file in the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services Department:
