ORDINANCE NO. 050799

Authorizing an Indemnification Agreement running with the land between Snook Holding, Inc. and Kansas City, in connection with construction of a retaining wall over and across the sewer located within the easement in the area of Highway 152 and North Indiana Avenue.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, an Indemnification Agreement running with the land between Kansas City and Snook Holding, Inc. in connection with construction of a retaining wall over a sewer located in an easement in the area of Highway 152 and North Indiana Avenue. A copy of said agreement is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.
