Authorizing an agreement with Jackson County relating to allocation and expenditure of road and bridge tax funds on the County Urban Road Systems in the vicinity of 135th Street and Holmes Road.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute on behalf of Kansas City an agreement between Jackson County, Missouri and Kansas City, Missouri relating to the allocation and expenditure of road and bridge tax funds on County Urban Road Systems (CURS) within Kansas City in the vicinity of 135th Street and Holmes Road in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. Such agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
