ORDINANCE NO. 001369

Authorizing the Director of Human Resources, on behalf of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, to enter into a contract with CBIZ Robert OByrne in an amount not to exceed $135,355.00 for benefits consulting services.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Human Resources, on behalf of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, is authorized to enter into a contract with CBIZ Robert OByrne in an amount not to exceed $135,355.00 for benefits consulting services from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 01-100-014-1500-B. A copy of the contract, in substantial form, is attached hereto.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
