ORDINANCE NO. 030991

Authorizing execution of the Amended and Restated Use and Lease Agreement (Airfield Only) and of the First Amendment to the Use and Lease Agreement with Atlantic Southeast Airlines at Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute the Amended and Restated Use and Lease Agreement (Airfield Only) with Atlantic Southeast Airlines at Kansas City International Airport. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute the First Amendment to the Use and Lease Agreement with Atlantic Southeast Airlines at Kansas City International Airport in order that the terms and conditions of the Use and Lease Agreement be extended to April 30, 2005. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
