BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

All that part of the storm drainage easement recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, at Kansas City, as Document No. G85711 in book 2013 at page 427, described as follows: A strip of land in the northwest quarter of Section 29, Township 51, Range 32, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, commencing at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of said Section 29; thence south 89 degrees 34 minutes 16 seconds east, along the south line of said northwest quarter 1360.22 feet; thence north 0 degrees 25 minutes 44 seconds east, 525.41 feet to the true point of beginning of the tract to be herein described; thence north 41 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east 60.86 feet; thence south 34 degrees 48 minutes 28 seconds east, 61.22 feet; thence south 49 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, 6.61 feet to the true point of beginning, be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns and the Director of Public Works, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit-claim deed to the present owners, their successors or assigns, as further evidence thereof.

 

Section 7. All that part of the sewer easement located in Lot 13, Block 5, "Clayton Meadows First Plat", a subdivision in Kansas City, Clay and Platte Counties, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 13; thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lot 13, on a curve to the right having a radius of 50.00 feet, 5.01 feet to a point on the southerly line of a 10.00 foot wide sanitary sewer easement; thence north 59 degrees 25 minutes 27 seconds east, along said southerly easement line and parallel to the northeasterly line of said Lot 13, 24.64 feet to the true point of beginning of the tract of land to be described herein; thence continuing north 59 degrees 25 minutes 27 seconds east, along said southerly easement line, 20.00 feet; thence north 30 degrees 34 minutes 33 seconds west, perpendicular to the last described course, 1.00 feet; thence south 59 degrees 25 minutes 27 seconds west, parallel to said southerly easement line, 20.00 feet; thence south 30 degrees 34 minutes 33 seconds east, perpendicular to the last described course, 1.00 feet to the true point of beginning, be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns and the Director of Public Works, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit-claim deed to the present owners, their successors or assigns, as further evidence thereof.

 

Section 8. All that part of the platted sewer easement located in Block 1 and Block 4, "Fairland", a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: the rear 3 feet of Lots 7 through 26, Block 4, together with the north 3 feet of the west 15 feet of Lot 14, Block 1, be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns and the Director of Public Works, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit-claim deed to the present owners, their successors or assigns, as further evidence thereof.

 

Section 9. All that part of the platted sewer easement located in Lots 1 and 2 of Block 4 "Sedgewick Place", a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: the rear 3 feet of Lots 1 and 2, except for the west 3 feet of Lot 2, be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns and the Director of Public Works, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit-claim deed to the present owners, their successors or assigns, as further evidence thereof.

 

Section 10. That upon the effective date of this ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be recorded in the offices of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City and Independence, for Clay County, Missouri, at Liberty, and for Platte County, Missouri, at Platte City, respectively.
