Approving a $13,500.00 contract with the Kansas City Symphony for sponsoring BalloonFest from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (Third, Sixth, and City-Wide Council Districts).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $13,500.00 contract with the Kansas City Symphony for sponsoring BalloonFest from funds previously appropriated to the following accounts in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund:

Account Council District Amount

99-235-067-2130 Third $ 1,000.00

99-235-067-2160 Sixth 2,500.00

99-235-067-2100 City-Wide 10,000.00

TOTAL $13,500.00

which contract is hereby approved in substantial form as that on file in the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services.
