ORDINANCE NO. 961588

Estimating revenue in the amount of $16,000.00 in the City Market Revenues account; appropriating said sum to the City Market account in the General Fund; and designating requisitioning authority.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the amount of $16,000.00 is hereby estimated in the following account in the General Fund:

97-100-064-8585 City Market Revenues $16,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $16,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

97-100-064-2502-B City Market $16,000.00

Section 3. That the Director of the Department of City Development is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. 97-100-064-2502.
