ORDINANCE NO. 051280
Authorizing the execution of the
Tenth Amendment to the Fixed Base Operations Lease Agreement with Executive
Beachcraft, Inc. at Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute the Tenth Amendment to
the Fixed Base Operations Lease Agreement at Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport to reduce the rent on the Airline History Museum property. A copy of the
amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
