ORDINANCE NO. 910150

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a cooperative agreement for traffic signal - Barry Road.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a cooperative agreement for traffic signal - Barry Road, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, on behalf of the City with Boardwalk Square Limited Partnership.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a copy of the cooperative agreement for traffic signal - Barry Road to be recorded in the office of the Secretary of State of Missouri and in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Platte County, Missouri.
