ORDINANCE NO. 910388

 

Reducing the appropriation in Account No. 9-40911T in the amount of $34,000.00; appropriating said sum from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to Account No. 9-70894T, John Williams Statue and designating the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners as the requisitioning authority for said account.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account of the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby reduced by the following amount:

 

9-40911T Curbs and Sidewalks -- CD3 $34,000.00

 

Section 2. That the sum of $34,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following account in the Capital Improvements Fund:

 

9-70894T John Williams Statue $34,000.00

 

Section 3. That the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners is hereby designated as the requisitioning authority for Account No. 9-70894.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure, is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
