ORDINANCE NO. 050715

 

Amending Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, by repealing Section 2-1078, and adopting in lieu thereof a new section of like number, which modifies the current monthly minimum and maximum salary range to reflect the accurate pay range for the Deputy Fire Chief and the monthly maximum salary for the Construction Code Inspector Supervisor and Airport Police Lieutenant.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, is herby amended by repealing Section 2-1078, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, which modifies the current monthly minimum and maximum salary range to reflect the accurate pay range for the Deputy Fire Chief and the monthly maximum salary for the Construction Code Inspector Supervisor and Airport Police Lieutenant.

 

Sec. 2-1078. Salary schedules for occupational group classified as public safety and inspectional,

with class code, class title, and pay grade therein.

 

The following schedules are hereby adopted as the salary schedules for classes of positions set out below by class code number, class title, and pay grade therein:

 

(1)     For those classes of positions within the managerial, professional, supervisory, and/or confidential group:
