ORDINANCE NO. 100161
Declaring certain real property surplus to the City’s needs
and authorizing the Director of General Services to offer for sale certain
surplus parcels.
WHEREAS, all City Departments have been notified that this
property was in excess to the needs of the City and no interest has been
expressed in retaining the land for future public use; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Council finds and determines that the following
properties owned by the City of Kansas City are surplus to the City’s needs:
3217 Gladstone Boulevard
2116 Campbell
520 E. 22nd Street
3800 Paseo Boulevard
1423 E. Linwood Boulevard
2112 and 2114 E. 14th Street
14600 and 14601 Cherry Street
3415 Hardesty Avenue
South East corner of Gower Drive and 64th Street
Section 2. That the Director of General Services is hereby authorized to
offer for sale by competitive bids a parcel of property located at 3217 Gladstone Boulevard, more particularly described as follows:

Section 3. That the Director of General Services
is hereby authorized to offer for sale by competitive bids a parcel of property
