RESOLUTION NO. 100552

Approving the appointment of Kathy Burke and William Stannard as members of the Board of Commissioners to administer the Union Hill Special Business District.

WHEREAS, the Union Hill Special Business District was established by the City Council of Kansas City, Missouri, by Ordinance No. 900675 on December 6, 1990; and

WHEREAS, seven (7) members were appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council to such Board to serve staggered four (4) year terms; and

WHEREAS, two vacancies now exists on said Board; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Council hereby consents to the appointments by the Mayor of the following individuals as representative of owners of real property within the district to serve as members of the Board of Commissioners of the Union Hill Special Business District for the following term or until a successor is appointed:

Kathy Burke

Term Expiring: January 1, 2013

William Stannard

Term Expiring: January 1, 2012
