ORDINANCE NO. 900607

Authorizing a $10,000.00 Supplemental Agreement with E.T. Archer Corporation for design of water main relocations in connection with the 85th Street Roadway Improvements; and authorizing expenditure of $12,850.00 in funding therefor.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water and Pollution Control is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of City, a $10,000.00 Supplemental Agreement with E.T. Archer Corporation for design of water main relocations in connection with the 85th Street Roadway Improvements.

Section 2. That the Director is further authorized to expend up to the sum of $12,850.00 from funds appropriated to Account No. 801-80901-T to satisfy the cost of this Supplemental Agreement, including changes deemed necessary.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
