Approving a $10,000.00 contract with Association for Cultural Enrichment for the Third Annual Black Art Matinee from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (Third Council District).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $10,000.00 contract with Association for Cultural Enrichment for the Third Annual Black Art Matinee from funds previously appropriated in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund to Activity No. 35-95314B (Third Council District), which contract is hereby approved in substantial form as that attached hereto.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
