ORDINANCE NO. 910728

Authorizing a contract amendment with Oshsner Hare and Hare increasing the contract amount by $300,000.00 for a total of $370,900.00 for beautification and landscaping plans for Bruce Watkins Drive.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development is hereby authorized to enter into a contract amendment with Ochsner Hare and Hare increasing funding for beautification and landscaping plans for Watkins Drive by $300,000.00 to a total of $370,900.00 from funds heretofore appropriated to Account No. 009-65119-T, Bruce R. Watkins Roadway Construction. A copy of the contract in substantial form is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
