COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 060904

 

Amending Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, by repealing Sections 2-1075, 2-1076, 2-1077, 2-1078, 2-1079, 2-1080, 2-1086, and 2-1103 enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like numbers which provides for changes to the minimum salaries of numerous hourly pay grades and combines several hourly job specifications, excluding fire positions. In addition, it updates the language for Military Training Leave of Absence to comply with the Missouri State Statute and creates a new unclassified position of Assistant to Elected Official.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan is herby amended by repealing Sections 2-1075, 2-1076, 2-1077, 2-1078, 2-1079, 2-1080, and 2-1086, and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like numbers which changes the minimum salaries of numerous hourly pay grades and combines several hourly job specifications, changes the language for Military Training Leave of Absence to comply with the Missouri State Statute and creates a new unclassified position of Assistant to Elected Official.

Sec. 2-1075. Salary schedules; pay grades therein.
