Consenting to the reappointment of Jane Kieffer and James M. Malouff and the appointment of John Dillingham, Barbara Bailey, Les Williams and Ricardo Lopez to the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Authority of Kansas City, Missouri.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the following are hereby reappointed to the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Authority of Kansas City, Missouri, for terms to expire on February 14, 1996: Jane Kieffer and James M. Malouff, III.

Section 2. That the following persons are hereby appointed to the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Authority of Kansas City, Missouri, for a term to expire as indicated: John Dillingham, February 14, 1992; Barbara K. Bailey, February 14, 1994; Les Williams, February 14, 1992; and Ricardo Lopez, February 14, 1996.
