easements and deeds in Jackson County; releasing one easement in Jackson
County; and directing the City Clerk to record the acceptance.

City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this Ordinance and Exhibit A to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri,
at Kansas City.
Section 6.
Releasing only that part of the General Warranty Deed, recorded as Document No.
K797594, Book K1731 at page 1891, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds,
Jackson County, Missouri, that is called out on said document as A Temporary
Easement and is described as follows:

Temporary Easement for the construction of the Washington Avenue Turnaround and
appurtenances thereto over, under, along and across, the following described
land: Part of Lot 14, Block B, Jamesons Subdivision, a subdivision in the NE
1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 7, Township, 49 North, Range 33 West, Kansas City,
Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the west line of Lot 14, 8 feet south of the northwest corner
thereof; said point being the point of beginning; thence south along the west
line of said lot, 10 feet; thence east and parallel with the north line of said
lot, 130 feet, to the east line of said lot; thence north along the east line
of said lot, 10 feet; thence west and parallel with the north line of said lot,
130 feet to the point ob Beginning; containing 1300 square feet more or less.
While retaining that portion
of the aforementioned General Warranty Deed conveyed in and recorded as
Document No. K797594, Book K1731, page 1891, in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds, Jackson County, Missouri, and described as follows:
New
