ORDINANCE NO. 120502

Reducing an appropriation; appropriating the sum of $181,000.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the 2008A GO Bond Fund; and designating requisitioning authority. 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account of the 2008A GO Bond Fund is reduced by the following amount:

ALL-3393-647000-B-89009996 Bond Contingency $181,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $181,000.00 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the 2008A GO Bond Fund to the following accounts:

ALL-3393-898073-B-89060322 Birchwood Phase 3 $150,000.00

ALL-3393-898073-B-89060330 4900 S Benton- West Side 31,000.00

TOTAL $181,000.00

Section 3. That the Director of the Public Works Department is designated requisitioning authority for Account No. ALL-3393-898073.
